Sacred Rediscovery Experience

A rich, uniquely curated soul-healing session, the Truth. Beauty. Life. Experience. is an extension of my Energy Fusion Reiki Facial, and allows more time and intention for a deeper exploration of self, and includes Transformation Life Coaching and Spiritual Awakening Guidance.
Your experience begins with an essential oil infused sea salt foot soak and a self-discovery talk session that will set the tone and the intentions for your Energy Fusion Reiki Facial. During your session we will reaffirm your intentions, focusing on your breath. You will also receive a relaxing foot massage, with your own private sound healing therapy session. I will follow up by the end of the next day with an email of skincare products used, recommended coaching tools and processes, and any intuitive guidance from our time together along with a progress check-in the following week that will serve as a continuation of your transformative experience to take you to the next level of your journey.

Rose Quartz Heart Awakening Facial

This facial is centered around the healing energies of beautiful Rose Quartz Gemstone Face and Chest Masks, Wild Rose Aromatherapy, and intentionally focused Energy Work on the heart and higher-heart energy centers to promote self-love, heart healing, and soul transformation, bringing you a calmness that allows you to feel safe to open your heart and surrender to a higher love within and around you. Rose Quartz is a crystal of universal and unconditional love for all that brings deep healing to the heart by opening the heart chakra. Reiki Energy Healing Ritual

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that can support the body's natural ability to heal itself. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. It can also provide support on your journey of healing and awakening to your Higher Self.
The Reiki Energy Healing Ritual starts with a shoulder, arm and hand massage, breaking up and sweeping away any dense energies from the body. This is followed up with a sacred smoke cleansing and then the transfer of this universal life force energy through the palms to the energy centers of your body, assisting your whole being to be cleared of heavy, toxic energies. A treatment may feel like a wonderful radiant light flowing through and around you. As a Certified Reiki Master, I am intuitively guided through the session, supporting you in releasing what is no longer in alignment with the person you are in the process of becoming.
Energy Healing Touch Therapy

Energy Healing Touch Therapy is not only a gentle introduction to healing through touch for those at the beginning stages of their healing journey, it is also great for those in the midst of their journey who are looking for assistance in regulating their nervous system in a very calming and grounding way. Using a "less is more" approach, the intention of this session is to support your body to feel safe to heal in the way that you are ready for at this moment in time. If you have reached a place of resistance or a "freeze" state, or you are perpetually living in a state of "fight or flight", your body will not feel safe to heal and your mind will not be able to see a way forward on your path. This approach will assist you in accessing healing from a different angle where your body, mind, and soul feel safe and supported to ease into the next level of your journey.
The 30-minute session is focused on the upper body using gentle touch on the head, upper chest, shoulders, and arms.
The 60-minute session is full-body adding in gentle touch on the abdomen, legs, and feet.

The Signature Relaxation Facial is my original intuitive energy healing facial. I do not do Reiki Energy Healing in this facial, nor do I use steam or do extractions. This facial is great for someone who is looking for a classic facial that provides relaxation, while uplifting and centering your energy.
It is a simple and effective way to improve and maintain your skin’s overall health and appearance, while minimizing any stress, tension, or anxiety being stored in your body, especially when done on a regular basis.
