The roles we perform, shaped by expectation rather than truth, leave behind a kind of static: noise and density that isn't trauma, but simply misalignment — soul and spirit out of step with the life we're living. Clearing that noise is how we find our way back to our higher path. Life can get loud. Between responsibilities, relationships, conditioning, and everything we've learned to believe we should be, it becomes surprisingly easy to lose our way — the noise of every demand and distraction gets louder until we can no longer hear our truth within us.
