Spend the time meditating, reflecting, resting, breathing, journaling, or simply being still. I'll hold the space without directing your experience. You don't have to know how to meditate or "do it right" — this is simply protected time to turn inward however feels natural to you. We may explore: Your favorite way to relax — nothing deeper than that. You don't have to plan every part of your experience. You may simply want to arrive, let go, and receive. Elements can be combined, adapted, or woven together intuitively based on what feels most supportive in the moment. This is your permission to pause.
