Soul Healing Sunday: For Sacred Self-Care Join us each month for Soul Healing Sunday — a nourishing, heart-centered gathering designed to slow down, reconnect, and honor your sacred self-care. These gatherings support both personal restoration and soul-centered connection with others, creating a space to explore, rest, and expand in alignment with your body, mind, heart, spirit, and soul. Guests are welcome to arrive up to one hour early to enjoy a relaxed socializing hour, giving time to connect, settle in, and ease into the experience. This is a safe, non-judgmental space — whether you choose to openly connect or simply enjoy your own quiet, personal experience, there is never pressure to share unless you wish to. Participants are encouraged to honor their own needs and the needs of others, moving in ways that feel guided by intuition, love, and heart-centered awareness, while gently stretching beyond previous levels of comfort and understanding if they feel called. Come as you are. Leave lighter, brighter, and more connected — to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. To support your experience, feel free to bring or wear whatever makes your participation comfortable, safe, and authentic. This might include clothing or accessories that make you feel protected or free-flowing, as well as items like yoga mats, blankets, notebooks and pens, bug spray, or anything else that enhances your engagement with the gathering. Location & Entry: Under the Oaks Wellness Center 110 W Country Club Dr, Suite E, Tampa, FL 33612 Please enter through the screen porch located on the East side of the building (left side when facing the building). For the safety and comfort of all guests, doors will be locked 5 minutes prior to the start of the event to prevent disruptions during the gathering. Sacred Love Offering Energy Exchange These gatherings are offered in the spirit of community, healing, and sacred connection. Your Sacred Love Offering — a heartfelt monetary contribution — helps support the space, the facilitators, and the ongoing growth of these gatherings.
